My favourite fashion essentials for parties are simple yet classy; i tend to reach for a pretty and girly, nude, lace dress paired with some bold black heels. I like to wear dresses that are simplistic so i can go all out and experiment with makeup. Therefore i won't look too overdressed; as i would if i wear a very out there outfit and lots of makeup. With this dress you get the best of both worlds as it makes you look very put together with little effort, there are lots of different styles of lace dresses out there some highstreet, some high end but either way, perfect for any body type e.g. skater dresses for curvy women and body con for an hourglass figure.

A more expensive brand that sells gorgeous party dresses is Hollister, they have a variety of beautifully designed dresses that come in different colours and patterns, which are perfect for any occasion and season. However Hollister mainly features summer/spring clothing.
Alternatively H&M sell affordable dresses that i adore too, as seen above.

This dress can be worn on its own in the summer or paired with a coat for autumn/winter. For this look i paired it with a gorgeous fluffy faux fur coat from Topshop, which was in the sale last year for only £40.00; reduced from £90.00! As well as providing warmth a coat is also a great fashion statement to add to any outfit, for a more put together look.
