These are my top 5, go-to beauty essentials for any type of fancy occasion or party.
Starting with a perfect pair of girly lashes by millie mackintosh, her shoreditch lashes are my faves for party's because they aren't too intense or too long. They are beautifully wisped for definition, volume and length in one effortless lash. Millie Mackintosh lashes are made from 100% natural hair and are incredibly light weight and easy to apply, which is essential if you are in a hurry.

My next favourite, is the Makeup Revolution Iconic 2 eyeshadow palette; it is lovely for creating a show stopping eye look from day to night. This palette contains 12 gorgeous shadows, a perfect mix of: pearl, shimmer and matte shades to create that finished look of perfection. For only £4.00 you get all of those shades and this palette is an awesome dupe, for the Urban decay Naked 2 palette at the price of £35.00; so ultimately you can be saving yourself quite a bit of money.

Mac mineralise skinfinsh, in global glow; i adore this product as it gives just the right amount of highlight for me to still have that natural finish. However, although i love the colour of this highlight i do believe this is a product for darker skin tones as it is more on the bronze side. I think i would result better in using the mac mineralise skin finish in soft and gentle, which is a much more white highlight that is probably better for my lighter skin tone. These highlighters are luxurious and velvety soft, when added to the high points of your face they give that glow from within look, but is still perfect for everyday and for parties and special occasions.


Lets face it everybody wants to smell flawless for a party, so thats why i love the YSL perfume called Black Opium. Although this perfume is more on the pricey side i totally believe it is worth every penny; it smells amazing. With notes of vanilla for sweetness and sensuality, white florals to instantly seduce and finally black coffee which provides a darker side to the girly luxury. Whenever i wear this perfume i receive multiple comments telling me how lovely i smell, it is the perfect night time scent. Not forgetting how stunning the bottle is!


Lastly my favourite of all favourites are Mac lipsticks. I can't stop buying mac lipsticks which is terrible for my bank account, as they are pricey little things; but in my opinion they are the best. There are so many shades which I'm sure everyone knows by now and the smell of them is like no other. They smell like vanilla and cocoa butter which is slightly strange but i honestly can't get enough of just how good they smell. Mac lipsticks come in a variety of different finishes but my go to for parties are the satin ones; simply because they last a fair amount of time, whilst providing great colour and moisture. And as you can tell from below, i love the pinkish-nude shades.
